"It is my ambition to set up the most powerful focus of human resources ever created in history. It is my intention to enlist up to 5 million creative thinkers world-wide to apply their creative and design skills to world issues. The values and benefits of joining this team are spelled out later. There are three set of values.

1.  The challenge and enjoyment of using creative skills and the improvement of such skills through periodic instruction.

2.  A collective mechanism through which individuals can seek to contribute to make the world a better place. The aggregation of such a creative force will be much more powerful than any lone effort.

3.  The possibility of supplementing an income through earning possibilities.

It is also my intention to lay out 'tasks of the month' and 'ideas of the month'.
