MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 18th August 2003 World Centre for New Thinking
Representative political bodies cannot really have new ideas because new ideas are not representative of anyone's thinking (by definition). So the U.N. and the democracies are always short of new ideas. That is why I am working to set up the World Centre for New Thinking to float new ideas which can then enrich discussions on any issue.
