In one year I once travelled 250,000 miles. I am getting a bit too old for that so I am opening up a new approach. For fifty years I have been developing and practising Lateral Thinking. So if your organisations needs some 'out of the box' ideas I can help. This is consultancy at a distance - so I do not have to travel so much.
If you read this message you can become a partner. You contact and produce a client who needs new ideas. We then work together to generate the needed ideas. You take half the fee and I take the other half - even if I have done all the work.
The best model would be on a retainer basis where the corporation would pay an annual fee equivalent to the salary of a secretary. For that they would have access to new ideas as often as they wished. There could be variations including a one off fee for one specific idea or for a limited number (say 4). The retainer basis is best . From a coporation point of view it is like renting a 'creative computer' which can be used as they wished.
So, if you read this you can become my partner in the venture. There is no limit. Obviously, I would have to take legal action if someone claimed I was involved when I knew nothing about it. Half the fee sounds reasonable to me. So contact the corporations you know and convince them thatb they do need thinking outside the box of corporate culture and idiom.(edwdebono@msn.com).
