Cavendish Information Products Ltd and Cavendish Training are dedicated to providing international support to all of Dr Edward de Bono's activities under the control of Peter de Bono (biography), its principal consultant and Dr de Bono's younger brother. Any views expressed in this section of the website are those of Peter de Bono and may not represent the views of his brother Edward - any attempt to create a connection would be at least naïve. Apart from looking after Dr Edward de Bono's authorised websites on a non-subsidised and voluntary basis Peter de Bono leads the world-wide initiative in the use of Dr de Bono's programmes (CoRT and Six Thinking Hats for Schools) for schools, families and Think Clubs. Peter de Bono is an accredited trainer in all the training disciplines, namely, Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking, Serious Creativity and DATT (Direct Attention Thinking Tools). Dr de Bono has charged Peter de Bono to design and develop on-line internet courses. Peter de Bono has 30 years experience in IT technology and for a short while was involved in the development of ARPA net which was the fore-runner of the internet. These courses will be thoroughly vetted, tested and approved by Edward de Bono before being made available. Peter de Bono's association with his brother's work started in 1974 when he printed and published the CoRT Thinking Programme - which no publisher would undertake at that time and is now used by hundreds of thousands of children world-wide. |
