There are times when organisations will require
assistance in 'solving problems' and finding other ways forward which are suited to Edward
de Bono's techniques and methodologies. It may also be useful to invite somebody from
outside an organisation who has different perceptions to work with members of the
organisation on a project in order to extend the scope of the 'thinking' involved. Peter
de Bono is able to fulfill this consultancy role.
Facilitation by a neutral person is often required at meetings. This
can be internal meetings or meetings between two or more organisations. In all requests
for facilitation Peter de Bono will use the Six Thinking Hats techniques supplemented by
other of Edward de Bono 'thinking tools' and methodologies. |
