MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 21st July 2003 Television
A great deal of television is really 'radio with pictures'. The visual possibilities of television have not really been explored. I am working on the concept of art, which is only possible on television. Also a new type of sport that is only possible on television.
Television is not just a 'realistic' medium but can go far beyond realism.
