MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 28th November 2005 Re-energising the Creative Team
I am happy to receive suggestions for the re-energising of the Creative Team. Before long I shall lay out how I would like to see it functioning. The three things that matter`are: energy, creative effort and creative talent. Natural talent can be supplemented with the specific tools of lateral Thinking. These can also be a substitute for natural talent. The talent now shifts from the talent for having new ideas to the talent for using the lateral thinking tools and that in turn will generate more new ideas.
