MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 2nd January 2006 Laws and Initiatives
There is a big difference between a law and an initiative. You have to follow a law. You want to follow an initiative - because it makes sense to you.
Society is ruled by laws but can be strongly affected by initiatives.
The difficulty is that initiatives have to be strongly and widely promulgated.
