MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 13th March 2006

'envelope golf'

This is how to play envelope 'golf'. For two players you need three normal size envelopes. These are sealed closed. You cut off the corners of one envelope and place it somewhere in the house. You then start somewhere else in the house. Each player has an envelope which may not be folded, cut or altered in any way. Each player now throws (in any way) the envelope towards the enveope without corners. Each throw is counted as a stroke. You count how many strokes you need to end up with your envelope in contact with the cornerless envelope which is equivalent to the hole in golf.

You may launch the envelope in any way you like. (copyright (C) 2006 Edward de Bono)
