EDWARD DE BONO
VENICE

Each year - but only once a year - I hold a very special course on my private island in the Venetian lagoon. This is the beautiful island of Tessera near Murano with its famous glassworks. I have had people from all over the world at these seminars: USA, Hong Kong, Australia, South Africa, all over Europe etc.

What is special about these courses is that they are limited to 20 people which allows for much more interaction and hands-on use of the different lateral thinking techniques. The course is spread over four days (19th-22nd May 1997). Participants spend the evening and night in Venice and are brought by boat to the island in the morning. They are taken back by boat to Venice in the early evening.

In this course I cover 'advanced' lateral thinking processes which I do not cover in any other seminar anywhere in the world during the year.

The normal cost of this course is US $5,000. But for registered members of the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM there will be an initial discount of $2,000 with an additional discount of twice the membership fee you have paid. So if you have paid $1,000 as a professional member you could attend the course for only $1,000 instead of $5,000. Please note that the above applies to the course fee. Travel to Venice, Italy, and accommodation are paid separately and directly by participants themselves.

The course is open to the general public.

Because places are limited to 20 you should apply early and pay a $1,000 deposit. Should you have to cancel, this deposit will only be returned if another participant takes your place. If you choose a replacement yourself that person must be a registered member of the Team to get the discounts offered above. Any balance of the fee must be paid before attendance on the course.

From time to time registered Team members will be offered large discounts on various matters. That is one of the reasons for being 'part of the family' and belonging to the Team."
