EDWARD DE BONO CREATIVE TEAMTM

BENEFITS

If you scan the pages of this website you will read of many benefits that are ascribed to Edward de Bono's thinking methods. Can you accept that Edward de Bono's ambition to create a team of some 5,000,000 creative and positive thinkers is feasible and practical? Can you accept that this creative team can have a positive influence on the world in which we live? Edward de Bono believes it and his experience over the last thirty years of travelling round the world teaching in schools and many leading corporations and consulting to governments has convinced him of the desperate need for such a team. There are at present possibly far more than 5,000,000 people using his thinking methods in the world - it is now time to consolidate this power which has become feasible through the use of the Internet.

In his message of 1st December 1996 Edward de Bono summarised the benefits as follows:

1.  The challenge and enjoyment of using creative skills and the improvement of such skills through periodic instruction.

2.  A collective mechanism through which individuals can seek to contribute to make the world a better place. The aggregation of such a creative force will be much more powerful than any lone effort.

3.  The possibility of supplementing an income through earning possibilities.

Members of the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM will be able to add to these benefits as it affects them.

4.  An opportunity to develop creative thinking as a hobby skill.

5.  An exposure to a multitude of new ideas.

Possible Revenue Benefits

1.  Where 'commercial' tasks are presented to the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM the originator or originators of the successful idea(s) will receive the full success fee.

2.  Where a 'commercial' task is introduced to the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM then the person introducing this task will earn a commission on the service fee. The service fee may range from $1,000 to $20,000. The commission will be calculated as 50% of the service fee for Professional Level Members and pro rata according to subscription levels for other members. So an Associate Member with a $250 subscription will get 25% of the 50% - or a 12.5% commission.

3.  A Professional or Associate Member who wishes to set up a sub-team of the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM may charge members of that team for subscriptions and for additional services provided that each member of the sub-team has been registered with the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM. The Professional or Associate Member will have paid a subscription of $250 for the right to set up a sub-team of up to 25 current members.

4.  Assessors may be selected from amongst the members of the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM. Assessors may be remunerated for their assessment work.

6.  Where an idea is endorsed by a body such as the Edward de Bono Creative TeamTM more people are likely to consider that idea than otherwise. A fee will be charged for such an endorsement service. The fee will be reduced by 50% for Professional Members and pro rata for other subscription levels. Thus an Associate Member will have the fee reduced by 12.5%.
